What changed in the price?
Let’s review your renewal amount, home details and available discounts. If you want a Farmers quote, I’ll explain the differences so you can make a useful comparison.
How would your roof be settled?
Replacement cost and actual cash value can leave you with very different out-of-pocket costs. Ask about roof age, depreciation and any special roof terms.
What is your deductible in dollars?
A percentage wind/hail deductible is based on the insured dwelling amount. On a $300,000 dwelling limit, 2% is $6,000. We’ll talk through what that means for your budget.
Coverage, discounts and eligibility depend on underwriting and policy terms. A review does not guarantee savings or coverage. Keep your existing policy active until any replacement coverage is confirmed.
